Magen Meats

Over the past few years, Magen Meats has established itself as the most reliable source for premium Kosher meats in the Greater Toronto Area.  During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Magen Meats has been delivering far and wide, from Caledon and Newmarket to Toronto's Lake Shore to ensure that all of our customers have access to quality, kosher meats - wherever they may be.

"Magen", in biblical Hebrew means " to shield", and at Magen Meats, we strive to protect the quality, ease-of-access, and fair pricing standards for kosher meat that the Jewish Community needs.

We want our patrons to have an “old world” butcher experience when they step into our shop.  Customers can choose from a vast range of raw, marinated and cooked meats and poultry, with the added satisfaction that their order will be made customized for them. We also feature delicious fresh beef sausages made from lean beef with natural casings – no filler and no nitrates.

For the past 3 years, Magen Meats has been the sole source of Ontario Kosher Lamb. Sourced from our farm in Hamilton ON, all of our lamb is humanely raised and free-range, and is raised without any antibiotics or growth hormones.
